Terms of service

The service at outfitlink.co, its subdomains, its API and its tools for AI agents (together "Outfitlink") are operated by the Vibing Company, Jonathan Osburg, Schaffhauser Straße 28, 81476 München, Germany ("we"). Details are in the Imprint.

Browsing published outfits needs no account and is covered by these terms as far as they concern content and permitted use. Creating an account means you accept these terms (version 2026-09-29) and have read the Privacy policy. If you use Outfitlink for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.

Outfitlink is a free tool for putting together, presenting and discovering outfits. You paste product links or scan a photo, we read the products from the shops' public pages, help you combine them, generate a photo of the outfit worn by a fictional person, score how complete and coherent it is, and publish it at a shareable address. Other people can browse, like, save, comment on and remix published outfits.

We do not sell anything. Every piece links to the shop that sells it; the purchase, payment, delivery, returns and warranty are between you and that shop under the shop's terms. We are not a party to that contract, not an agent of the shop and not a marketplace.

The service is offered free of charge and evolves quickly. Features can appear, change or go away; see "Availability" below.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you suspect someone else is using them.
• Your username and display name must not impersonate another person, brand or organisation, and must not be offensive. We may change a username that violates this or that is needed to prevent confusion, and will tell you when we do.
• Your email address must be one you can read; we use it for sign-in, security and legal notices.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your content and files; anonymous aggregates and legally required records remain as described in the Privacy policy.

Do not use Outfitlink to publish or do any of the following:

• content that infringes copyright, trademark, personality or other rights of third parties;
• content that is unlawful, including hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or content glorifying violence;
• photos of identifiable people without their consent, or of children;
• misleading content: fake products, fake prices, hidden advertising, or claims of affiliation with a brand that does not exist. If you are paid or given products to feature something, say so in the description ("ad", "gifted");
• impersonating a person, brand or shop;
• spam, bulk automated publishing, scraping the site beyond what our API and feeds allow, probing our systems, circumventing rate limits or access controls, or uploading malicious files;
• anything that puts the security or availability of Outfitlink or its users at risk.

Where a shop's terms forbid something (for example using its photos outside a link to the product), respect them.

Anyone can report content through the report form or by email to jon@vibing.inc. A useful report names the exact address, explains why the content is illegal or infringes your rights, and, for rights notices, states that you are the holder or authorised to act. We read every report and act on it without undue delay, in a diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way (Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

If we remove or restrict content, unpublish an outfit, restrict or close an account, we tell the affected person why, unless the law prevents it or the content is commercial spam (Art. 17). You can object to our decision by replying to that message within six months; someone will review it, not just an automated system. Repeated or serious violations, or reports that are clearly unfounded and repeated, can lead to suspension after a warning, or without a warning when the violation is severe.

We are not obliged to monitor content in advance and do not do so. The AI providers we use apply their own safety filters to generation requests, which can cause a photo to be refused.

• Prices, availability, sizes, shipping countries and photos are read from the shop's public page at the time we last checked, converted to your currency at a daily rate, and shown for orientation. They can be out of date or wrong; the shop's page is authoritative.
• Shipping eligibility ("ships to you") is our best reading of the shop's information and is not a promise that the shop will deliver.
• We currently receive no commission or other payment from shops or brands for links. Should we join an affiliate programme in the future, affected links will be marked as such, and this section and the Privacy policy will be updated first.
• Links to shops and to public posts on other platforms lead to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Brand and shop names and logos are used only to identify where a piece comes from. Outfitlink is independent. Unless explicitly stated, no brand or shop shown on Outfitlink is our partner, sponsor or affiliate, has endorsed Outfitlink, or has approved the outfits in which its products appear. Outfits are the personal selections of the people who published them.

Brand pages on Outfitlink are compiled by us from products people have linked; a brand can ask for corrections or for its page to be removed via the report form.

The photos of outfits "worn" are generated by an AI model and show a person who does not exist. They are marked as AI-generated. They are a visualisation, not a photo of the actual products: colours, cuts and fit can differ from what the shop delivers. Do not present them as real photographs or as photos of yourself.

Scores (completeness, colour, coherence), suggestions, product matches for scanned photos and similarity results are automated opinions produced by rules and models. They can be wrong. They are not advice on what to buy and create no obligation for us.

The Outfitlink name, logo, design, code, texts, data structures, scoring rules and the compilation of the catalogue are ours or licensed to us. You may use Outfitlink as intended: browse, build, publish, share by link, embed our public pages by link, and read our public feeds and API within their published limits. You may not copy the service, its database or design in bulk, remove notices, or use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation.

Your own published content remains yours; you can share it anywhere. If you link back to Outfitlink when you do, thank you.

You may connect AI assistants and other tools to your account through our API and MCP server. Whatever they do is done by you: you are responsible for what they publish, delete or change under your account and for reviewing it. Access can be revoked by you at any time and by us when an agent misbehaves (bulk publishing, abusive load, circumvention). Our API is offered as is and its shape can change; we announce breaking changes in the API description where possible.

Outfitlink is free and provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not promise it; maintenance, provider outages and changes can interrupt the service. We may change, limit or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue Outfitlink entirely we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the app so you can export your data.

You can stop using Outfitlink and delete your account at any time. We may end the contract with two weeks' notice by email, or immediately for cause (serious or repeated violations of these terms, legal requirements, or a security risk).

We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely (cardinal obligation), and then only for the damage typical for this kind of contract that was foreseeable when the contract was made. Because the service is free of charge, § 521 and § 599 of the German Civil Code (liability only for intent and gross negligence for gifts and gratuitous loans) apply to the extent legally permitted, without touching the unlimited liability in the first paragraph.

We are not liable for the content, prices, availability or conduct of shops, brands or other users, for the accuracy of AI-generated photos and scores, or for the availability of third-party platforms whose links you paste.

If a third party raises a claim against us because of content you published in breach of these terms, and you are responsible for that breach, you will support us in defending the claim and bear the reasonable costs resulting from it to the extent of your fault.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in another EU or EEA country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may change these terms when the service, the law or our providers change. We will announce changes in the app and by email at least four weeks before they take effect and explain what changed. Changes that reduce your rights or add obligations require your consent; we will ask for it at your next sign-in, and you can decline by deleting your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept changes that do not require consent.

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force; the invalid provision is replaced by the statutory rule. These terms are written in English; a German translation can be requested at jon@vibing.inc. In case of doubt, the English version prevails. The contract language is English.
