the Vibing Company is a sole proprietorship and is not entered in a commercial register. Our VAT identification number (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) under § 27a of the German VAT Act (UStG) is DE363268361. This is the VAT identification number, not the local tax number (Steuernummer).

Outfitlink does not sell the products it shows. The price of a product, and any VAT charged on it, belongs to the shop you buy it from.

Outfits, comments, closets and profiles are created by the people who use Outfitlink. They are responsible for what they publish. How we deal with reports about that content is described in our Terms and on the Report content page.

Single point of contact for authorities of the EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and for people who use the service (Art. 12): jon@vibing.inc. Communication is possible in English and German.

Notices about content you believe to be illegal or to infringe your rights can be sent through the report form or to the same address. Outfitlink is a small enterprise; obligations reserved for larger platforms do not apply, but every notice is read and answered.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

We take care with our own content. As a hosting service we are not obliged to monitor content that people upload or to look for signs of illegal activity (Art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Once we become aware of a specific infringement we act on it without delay.

Outfitlink links to product pages on the shops' own websites and to public posts on other platforms. We have no influence on those pages and do not adopt their content as our own. Prices, availability, shipping and returns are set by the shop; they can change after we last read them, and the purchase contract is always between you and the shop.

Brand names, shop names, product names and logos shown on Outfitlink are the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. We show them only to identify the product or the shop a piece comes from (nominative use). Outfitlink is an independent service: unless we say so explicitly, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any brand or shop shown here, and we currently receive no commission from them.

Product photos and descriptions are reproduced in the size and form needed to point to the product, with a link to the source. Rights holders who prefer not to be shown, or who spot a wrong attribution, can write to jon@vibing.inc or use the report form; we remove or correct the content promptly.

The Outfitlink name, wordmark and symbol belong to the Vibing Company.
